Amusements GifT Shop Part-time Retail ASsistant Manager

Amusements, the gift shop for Seattle Opera and Pacific Northwest Ballet at McCaw Hall, is seeking a part-time employee. This position requires evening and weekend hours and averages about 20 hours per week during the show season (with additional hours/max hours in November and December).

Technical Director

The Technical Director is a technical and supervisory position responsible for planning and executing the physical elements and logistical operations of Seattle Opera across all venues. The Technical Director utilizes technical, organizational and leadership expertise for the purpose of producing all physical aspects of international-level opera productions. This individual will prepare and administer tech calendars, schedules, and budgets in the range of $5 million annually, as well as supervise staff and union technicians. This position requires collaborating with the General Director and Director of Production as well as artistic and administrative departments to achieve the best artistic product in the most time- and cost-effective manner.

This is a full-time exempt position that reports to the Director of Production.

Artist Liaison

The Artist Liaison is a member of the Artistic Department who is responsible for all administrative and logistical matters involving guest artists and volunteers. Duties and responsibilities include arranging and assisting with hospitality needs for guest artists, managing all required steps for International Artist visas, and coordinating the recruitment and audition process for dancers, supernumerary volunteers, actors, youth chorus, and child principals, as well as being the main point of contact for artist support during production periods.

This is a full-time non-exempt position that reports to the Associate Director of Artistic Administration & Planning.
